New Queensbury Cruiserweight signing Marc Dennis has promised to bring plenty of excitement and entertainment to the ring next month, when the Dagenham man makes his debut in the capital.
The 29-year-old will step through the ropes to face Polish rival Emil Kulesza on the under card of the league's big arena show on the 14th of March at the famous Alexandra Palace, and the Dagenham man will be hoping he can produce the same explosive style finishes he's become renowned for outside of the league when he features on the aptly named Thunder In London promotion.
Since first pulling on a pair of gloves Dennis has yet to taste defeat racking up five straight victories on various promotions outside of the league's ranks, and after following the show for some time Dennis has set his sights on climbing the rankings and making a name for himself as he embarks on his biggest challenge in the ring.
Talking ahead of the big night in London Dennis said: “ I’m really excited about competing on this great platform and after my experiences outside of the league I feel I’m ready to step up now and take on this challenge.
“I think people are going to like my style because I love to bring entertainment, excitement and knockouts every time I step into that ring, and I’m not the type of fighter who wants it to go to points so I will be looking to get Kulesza out of there before the final bell sounds.
Northampton’s Kulesza will also make his debut in the league after making it through to the show at the same audition as Dennis back in December, and both will be hoping they can open their league account with a victory at the start of the season.
Dennis continued “Although I’ve never been beaten coming into this fight I won’t get carried away on the night as I know this will be a tough fight, so I’m taking this very seriously and hopefully I get the win and make a name for myself.
Dennis will appear on the undercard of the Thunder In London promotion at the Alexandra Palace on Saturday March 14th which is headlined by the National Light Heavyweight title showdown between Londoner’s Duane “Hot Shot” Sinclair and Dwayne “Super” Jones-Grant, and to see the rest of the line up CLICK HERE
