The long awaited return of the UK's premier boxing league is finally here, and tomorrow night the competition will return to the Millennium Arena at the Copthorne Effingham Park Hotel to unleash the spectacular 2015 season opener.
Headlining the bumper line up of action which features 4 domestic title showdowns, National Middleweight champion Daniel Spencer will make the first defence of his title against old rival John Hefford in an intriguing main event. The pairs rivalry was ignited back on season 4 when they clashed at the Alexandra Palace in July, and with the judges unable to split the duo after 4 tough rounds, both have vowed to leave the judges and the leagues fans in no doubt as to who the deserved winner will be after they collide tomorrow night.
Also returning to the show after his most successful year in the sport, Regional Middleweight champion Ben Davies will look to further his cause for a shot at some of the divisions biggest names this year, when he makes the second defence of his crown against Bournemouth warrior Mark Verity. After digging deep in his last outing at the end of season 4 to retain his belt, Davies has predicted a far more explosive performance this time out as he eye's some huge showdowns later on this season.
In novice title action, Welterweight champion Anthony Ayinde and challenger Ashley Dansie will clash for the third time in their QBL careers when they bid to finally settle the score in their electric trilogy. It was Ayinde that came out on top back on season 4 to even the score at one win apiece and lift his first title in the process, but after Ayinde's trash talking in the run up to this decider Dansie has warned the champion that he has never been more motivated for a fight in his life.
And completing the title action, novice Light Welterweight contenders Andre Grant and Ben Vezza will look to seize their first taste of title glory with both hands tomorrow night, when they face off for the vacant strap. Grant made an impressive start to his league campaign last season beating veteran Mark Houlden on points, but the younger Vezza will be a different proposition as both hungry young warriors target their biggest win.
The show will also feature a host of new signings to the competition ready to start their journey, plus we see the return of some of the hottest contenders aiming to make 2015 their biggest year.
There will be £35 General adimission tickets available to purchase from the Box Office on the door, which is situated in the entrance to the Millennium arena, or fans can pre book tickets by calling the box office on 0203 751 8599
